As a resident and business owner here in the Triangle, I am always mindful of how my spending
and shopping habits can contribute to the community.
One of my favorite ways to support small business is to shop at my local farmers market!
Doing so not only supports local and regional farmers but also ensures that my family is eating some of the freshest food possible. With so many tasty veggies reaching their peak season in summer (hello, corn on the cob!), now is a great time to check out your local farmers market. Not sure where to start?
