Amy's recipe for working with buyers is honesty
and patience, with negotiating expertise and a
solid reputation in the local marketplace.
Buying a home is different every time, whether this will be your first home or your 5th. Amy's job is to take you from that nervous first step to the relaxed last step when you move in and get settled. We will take things one step at a time, at a speed you are comfortable with.
Step 1
Talk Through Things - You will have a meeting with Amy, either by phone, Zoom or in person, to review your wants and needs, your timeframe for buying a home, and to review the buying process. Amy will give you insights into the current market for what you want to buy.
Step 2
Look at Homes - You will see homes in person or via video with Amy to discuss the pros and cons of the home and area. Amy will assess each home based on your criteria, and she will tell you if she feels whether each home meets those. If Amy feels you can find a better home, she will be honest and tell you.
Step 3
Make an Offer - Your offer will be part of the plan you and Amy created for your negotiating strategy on the home, including appliances, price, dates, and deposits.
Step 4
Complete Financing and Inspections - Amy and her closing coordinator, Kelly, will guide you through what you need to do to be ready for your big day - closing day.
Step 5
Final Walk-Thru and Closing - Amy will have a final walk-thru with you to check on repairs and accompany you to the attorney's office to sign your final documents and get your keys.
Step 6
Move In Day - The best day of all is when you sit in your new home and feel truly at home.
