
Mark your calendars: North Carolina’s “largest open house,” the Triangle Parade of Homes 2019 will run September 28 – October 13, 2019.
The Parade of Homes gives the public the opportunity to tour approximately 250 homes from local homebuilders and includes homes in Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties. If you’re interested in purchasing a new home, the Parade is an excellent opportunity to compare homebuilders and get a better feel for the items on your ‘must-have’ list. The homes featured range from the low $200,000s to $2.9 million, so there is sure to be a home of interest for everyone.

Builders often use their own contracts which are drafted differently than the contract from the NC State Bar Association. The builders’ representatives are sometimes employees of the builder and not licensed NC real estate brokers so they aren’t held to the standards of the National Association of Realtors.
